Our Bourbon Dinner season continues this October as we welcome Weller! Join us for a night of bourbon tastings and a delicious multi-course dinner at the Sea Pines Beach Club on October 2! This culinary adventure will feature an exquisite portfolio of single barrel select Weller bourbons including Weller Antique 107 Rollers Barrel Select, Weller Special Reserve Rollers Barrel Select, Weller Full Proof Sea Pines Barrel Select, and Weller 12-year Bourbon. We're thrilled to be hosting ambassador, Jordan Shook for the evening!
Savor the smooth flavors and notes of these exceptional spirits that will each be served in a cocktail or straight and paired with a four-course dinner expertly crafted by Executive Chef, Bryan Lee and his culinary team. Last but not least, we'll finish the evening with dessert crafted by our Resort Executive Pastry Chef, Iain Jones!
