Statements are issued on the 15th of every month for the previous month. Due to SC State law, we cannot disburse rental monies until the guest has departed.

Are Sea Pines Resort guests charged a security deposit?

All of our guests provide a credit card and sign a contract that allows The Sea Pines Resort to charge their credit card for non-accidental damages. A credit card provides much more coverage than a dollar amount security deposit.

Yes, we have an in-house maintenance department, saving property owners significant labor costs. Our preventive maintenance and inspection programs also save money and ensure your property will be maintained to the highest standard.
